This simulator was set up by Prof. Carlos Edmundo R. Fontes, from the Medicine Course at the State University of Maringá.
It was made with a mannequin shop and the intercostal spaces were made with a plaster saw.
Construction
Materials
- plastic shop mannequin
- gypsum saw
- nappa in the color of the mannequin’s skin
Instructions
1- Make cuts on the mannequin to create the intercostal spaces
2- Glue a piece of nappa over the place of the cuts
